For USAID/Georgia
Empowering Women in Georgia Campaign
Georgia boasts a long list of accomplished women who hold leading positions across various sectors, contributing significantly to the country’s social and economic well-being. However, despite this, there is a persistent need to challenge stereotypes that confine women to preconceived “appropriate” sectors or solely domestic roles.
The campaign we were entrusted to design and implement aimed to showcase the vital role of women in society and their capacity to bring about tangible changes at both local and national levels. The overarching goal was to empower and inspire young females to actively participate in Georgia’s social and economic life.
Our team dedicated extensive efforts to ensure the campaign’s interactivity, creativity, and memorability, encouraging the audience to engage in the discourse and recognize the imperative of women’s economic and social empowerment. The campaign strategically addressed gender norms surrounding women’s roles in Georgia’s multicultural society, featuring a diverse representation of women from urban and rural communities, various backgrounds, different age groups, and across political affiliations.
